What to Expect
From a sacred space you make in your home, you will join a circle of women hosted in zoom and via the ether.
In the circle of women, we expand our awareness of and connection to the full spectrum Yoniverse.
When we come together to practice, share and witness we rise together. We rewrite the script together.
A typical Yoni Yoga class flows like this:
1) arrive, warm up, & Dance
Drop in, awaken your body, and prepare for the practice.
2) Introduction to tHe tHeme
Each week there is a new focus to explore related to sexual awakening and yoni healing.
The vibe of the class is set to the beat of the moon cycle:
🌑 New Moon - Deep Yin
🌓 First Quarter - Emerging Yang
🌕 Full Moon - Full Yang
🌗 Third Quarter - Emerging Yin
3) Embodiment practice

Tao Tantra is the heart of Yoni Yoga practice - embodied energy work designed to cultivate feminine energy, enhance sexual vitality, and promote overall well-being.
An advanced form of these practices involves the use of yoni egg which requires a more personalised container of initiation. Currently, I offer it in the Yoni Egg Goddess Course and in One-2-One Coaching.
Kundalini Kriyas add some masculine balance - a specific set of exercises, breathing techniques, and sound mantras used to unlock energy channels or chakras in the body, promoting subtle and direct changes in the body and mind. Designed to awaken the life force and channel it towards spiritual growth and self-realization.
4) Meditation and Visualization
To deepen your inner connection and magnetize positive intentions from a high vibe space.

This practice is excellent for women of all ages and types. The only prerequisite is that you are the lucky guardian of a yoni.
It is particularly well suited to women interested in:
Developing more sensitivity and orgasmic potential.
Healing their pelvic floor post-childbirth with a somatic approach that includes the mental and emotional aspects of entering motherhood. (Check with your doctor, generally 3 months after labor one can begin a pelvic floor training program).
Working with a system that is trauma-informed and can give you some gentle tools to process sexual wounding in your own practice.
Expanding the depth of sexual experience with tantric tools.

Words are powerful and I have seen that it can be very useful to get away from clinical words to switching the narrative of our sexuality to one that is more empowered. Aside from embracing Yoni as a new name, in some cases, it may be more delightful to reclaim words, such as, pussy. Each of us will explore this dimension for ourselves, you may even find as you develop more connection that your personal yoni has a name.

Joining Yoni Yoga is simple and convenient. Follow these steps to get started:
Sign Up: Get your spot here
Prepare Your Space: Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can practice without interruptions.
Gather Your Equipment: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a Yoni egg if you are using one, and a water bottle are recommended.
Join the Class: Log in with the meeting link a few minutes before the class begins. It is nice to connect with video and then along the way you can turn it off should you feel you would like the privacy for your process.

Rest your hands over your womb space and take a few deep breaths while deeply listening to body sensations. thoughts, and feelings which arise. This simple practice enhances your connection to yoni.
